The positive benefits of vibration massage techniques

Ever since I got my HyperVolt massager I have dug deeper in to the bowels of the information world with the goal of understanding how the body reacts to certain vibration frequencies. Each company promotes that these tools work, but do they actually or is it a marketing gimmick? The evidence of certain frequencies applied to the fascia does have a powerful therapeutic effect. This has led me towards working on my SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) Certification.
